Insurance Policies
Fostering HOPE Therapy accepts select insurance plans as well as private pay clients.
Insurance companies typically cover only services that are determined to be medically necessary. Authorization, frequency of visits, and duration of care are based on your child’s individual needs and your insurance plan.
A physician referral for occupational therapy evaluation and treatment may be required prior to the initial visit depending on your insurance provider.
After insurance verification, we will review your coverage and any estimated out-of-pocket costs before services begin. Families may continue services on a private pay basis if insurance coverage is limited or not available
Private Pay Services
Private pay options are available for families seeking flexible scheduling, additional support, or services not covered by insurance.
