Dr. Adriana Foster
Hello! I am a dedicated occupational therapist passionate about helping children build independence through functional life skills, self-care, and participation in daily routines.
I specialize in supporting children in developing confidence and independence in real-world environments such as home, school, daycare, and the community.
My doctoral capstone focused on community development at Covenant House Georgia, where I supported unhoused and housing-insecure young adults ages 18–24. This work emphasized life skills development including independent living skills, job searching, routine building, money management, and motivational support as individuals worked toward stability and long-term housing.
I received my Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) from Jacksonville University and my undergraduate degree in Rehabilitation Services with a concentration in Addictive Studies from Alabama State University.
Alana Foster, OTD
Hello! I am a passionate occupational therapist who graduated from St. Augustine Health Sciences in 2025 with a degree in Occupational Therapy.
My capstone focused on sensory programming within daycare settings, supporting children in classroom environments through sensory-based strategies that improve participation, regulation, and engagement in learning activities.
My clinical interests include pediatric occupational therapy, sensory integration, and supporting children in developing functional life skills across home, school, and community environments.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help children build independence, confidence, and life skills one step at a time through real-world experiences, family collaboration, and individualized pediatric occupational therapy services.
We support children in developing meaningful skills that carry over into daily life at home, school, and in the community.
